FAUNT PROPERTY GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY
Check-In Process
Important: It is required to complete a check-in form prior to check-in, including a copy of photo identification. This information is stored in line with our privacy policy, ensuring that we won’t share or use any of your personal information. Please carefully review these conditions. Every individual signing their registration card, known as “the Guest,” acknowledges and agrees that these conditions extend to any person occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and utilizing the facilities at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest.
Payment Requirements:

- Payment must be settled by credit card or bank transfer before the start of occupancy.
- Should check-in occur after office hours, the full rental amount will be charged to the credit card on the day of arrival.
Occupancy Details:

- Occupancy begins and ends on the dates specified on the receipt.
- The Guest is responsible for payment of any charges incurred, as well as any costs for damage or loss to the apartment, its contents, or the property caused by any Guest.
Usage Restrictions:

- The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
- Guests are required to park only in designated areas.
Occupancy Limits:

- Only the number of individuals indicated in the booking may stay in the apartment overnight.
- No animals or pets are permitted on the premises.
Liability Disclaimer:

- The Body Corporate, Manager, and apartment owner are not liable for any damage or loss of property suffered by a Guest on the premises.
Compliance:
-
- Guests must comply with the by-laws, rules, and regulations of the complex, as well as any reasonable directions from the Manager. A failure to comply after receiving a warning may result in the apartment being vacated.
Refund Policies:

- There are no refunds for early departures or reductions in stay once checked in.
- If a Guest desires to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee of $100.00, will only be made if more than 60 days’ notice is given. Refer to our complete Cancellation Policy for further details.
Authorization for Charges:

- The Guest authorizes the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage, or other liabilities for which the Guest is responsible.
Termination of Occupancy:

- If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must vacate the apartment immediately. The Manager is authorized to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of their property.
Departure Condition:

- Upon departure, all rubbish must be removed, dishes washed and returned to their proper place, and the apartment left tidy with furniture returned to its original position. Failure to do so will result in a charge ranging from $50.00 to $200.00.
Parties and Functions Policy:

- Parties or functions within the grounds or in any of Faunt Property Group Apartments or Penthouses are not permitted by the Body Corporate.
Apartment Changes due to Ownership:

- Should an owner sell the apartment or remove it from the letting pool, the Manager will make an effort to find a suitable alternative within Faunt Property Group.
Unavoidable Circumstances:

- If a Guest wants to move or is required to move due to unavoidable circumstances, management must be given the first opportunity to find accommodation of a similar standard. Claims for a refund or transfer of funds will not be paid.
Equipment Maintenance:

- There are no refunds for breakdowns of electrical items or equipment.
Restrictions on Certain Bookings:

- The resort cannot accept any “schoolies” bookings and will deny access to the apartment, providing a full refund if a booking is found to be a “schoolies” booking upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Faunt Property Group follows a specific practice for cancellations and recommends all guests consider purchasing travel insurance.
Cancellation Charges:

- No cancellation fee if an owner refuses a booking.
- A full refund of the deposit if cancelled 15 days or more prior to the planned arrival date.
- No refund if canceled less than 15 days prior to the planned arrival date.
Specific Apartment Claims:

- Specific apartments cannot be guaranteed.
