Trent & Karlie Faunt
principal & Operations Manager
In 2024, Trent Faunt and his wife Karlie launched Faunt Property Group, quickly becoming a trusted agency in the Fraser Coast Region. With the support of a dedicated team, they now lead one of Hervey Bay’s largest real estate offices, consistently focusing on client satisfaction and achieving successful results.
Trent launched his real estate career in 2014, building a strong foundation with the ownership of two successful agencies in the South Burnett Region before making the move to the Fraser Coast. His wealth of experience, paired with an unwavering commitment to excellence, has fuelled his continued success and growth in the industry.
Karlie brings four years of experience as a registered nurse at Hervey Bay Hospital, where she has honed her skills in patient care, communication, and fostering trust. In her new role, she will be supporting Trent and the team with daily operations, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care and attention.

Mervyn Bailey
Receptionist
brings nearly two years of experience in real estate to the team and is eager to further expand his expertise within the industry. His professionalism, coupled with his strong ability to build rapport with tenants, property owners, and contractors, makes him a highly valued member of the Faunt Property Team.
Outside of his professional life, Mervyn enjoys reading and spending time in nature, whether at the beach or camping. He also treasures spending quality time with family and friends.

With four years of experience in real estate property management, Brodie has successfully navigated the dynamic world of property ownership and tenant relations. Her role has encompassed everything from leasing agreements to property maintenance, ensuring that each property under her care operates smoothly and efficiently. She strives to create a positive and thriving environment for both property owners and tenants alike.
When not working you will find Brodie spending time with her 4 kids or at the netball courts where she is the vice president of Hervey Bay Netball.

Kimberly is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 9 years of experience. She began her career at 17 as a receptionist, where her enthusiasm for the industry quickly grew. This early exposure laid the foundation for her continued success.
When she’s not focused on real estate, Kimberly enjoys quality time with her family and is deeply involved in her children’s soccer activities, balancing her career with a fulfilling personal life.
